Notes Recorded 1991 at Chicago Electronic. This is a Surgical Stainless Productions. Special thanks to "anonymous" South African contact for backing tapes of various radio broadcasts used on this recording. Limited to 50 numbered copies in a large plastic case with color cover. An additional edition of 50 copies was supposed to be released on ES Tapes (France) as ES A, but this was never actually released.
