Из всех более-менее открытых пока только пиратская бухта не прогибается под копирастов, рутрекеры уже давно прикрывают раздачи, правда это заметно в большей степени по фильмам. Будет ржачно если это унылое говно закроют по просьбе правообладателя. Надо наверное ему отписать на мыло с ссылками на рутрекер, пусть заявит им свои авторские права, чтоба навсегда убрать этот шлак с рутрекера. Agree with gertgebert ... Deleting SAGITTARIUS and i for myself don't buy CDs of this projekt in the future.It's not "nice" of SAGITTARIUS to take offence that way.If i like the music of a band,i hear on net or "download free" on some portal, i buy the CD when it is avaiable.If it is sold out in no time ... how can i get the CD?

Actually every artist in this or another way does not like his music to be freely uploaded somewhere...If we take, for example, Brighter Death Now's With promises of Death vinyl inlay, we can find there a short note of those, who Roger despise. The first in the line those, who upload his music. Another example - Seer of the Swans, where Gira asked people not to upload his music in Internet and so on and so on..... Though I agree, that deleted and sold out albums with no or little chances to be re issued to be uploaded.

If the people here don't do it (uploading music), others will do it. Simple as that. And I don't get why people like he whine about it. Downloading music affects almost EVERY artist that manages to reach a bigger audience. You can't change it nowadays. If it's not in some forum, it's on full in Youtube It's a fact. And reporting someone won't change anything. I get his point but is he really living the illusion that he can live from Sagittarius or something like that? Most money is made by selling merch and playing gigs not by selling albums. We don't live in the early 90s. I do understand that art shouldn't be free because the artists puts so much in to the process of creation etc. but the true fans (in my opinion) of the project will BUY the stuff anyway because it is something completely different to have a physical format. I downloaded Sagittarius here too but I also have two CDs. Am I the same pirate now than the one that is having 500 gb music on his drive? And please prove me wrong but I think in the Neofolk scene, Sagittarius are selling quite well. Bands don't do big jumps in sales anyway and no one can make a living out of it. )Jerome Reuter maybe, ok). He shouldn't make music for sales and then whining when people download his stuff. Just because people download your music, doesn't mean they disgrace it. That's just bullshit. Art should be made for the sake of art and expression and not to whine afterwards why a public artist's music gets downloaded for free. We can also watch the Mona Lisa in the Louvre without possessing it. Maybe Da Vinci doesn't even want us to see it because he doesn't like the painting. Who knows.. Get over it.
Mr.Waldner - Sagittarius, explained in an E-Mail, he is not against Filesharing of his music in principle. Because of artistical (and maybe ideological) aspects he doesn't want to be represented here on this website. This reason I can respect , but anyway...delete!
