The cemetery monument which appears on the Untitled 7" (ART 10). The photograph of the picture disc is taken from the book "...als lebten die Engel auf Erden" ("...as though the Angels would live on Earth"), from 1997, by the Austrian photographer Gerald Axelrod. It was taken on the Cimitero monumentale della Certosa, in Bologna, Italy. The monument was sculpted by Farpi Vignoli (1907-1997) and the statues represent Fabio Frassetto (1876-1953), a anthropology professor at the University of Bologna, having a conversation with his son, Flavio, who was killed in World War II. The two, lying in front of each other in an intense and silent conversation as if on a classical triclinium, bear in their clothing and their hands the distinctive marks of their respective professions: the toga and a skull for the father and the uniform and baton of a cavalry captain for the son. Also, the skull between them symbolizes the nature of their discussion: death.
