Originally intended to be released in 2006 as v34ish6ng 0f emptiness (CD) and em9t2ness of van2s1ing (LP). The LP would have been limited to 397 copies, autographed and numbered. The albums were intended for self-release and to be sold through Demilich's website mailing list. However, the release was delayed several times and later on the band decided to make the release official through Svart Records.

Track descriptions from the liner notes:
- "The Faces Right Below the Skin of the Earth" (winter 2005-2006) - the last Demilich song ever made and the first one in thirteen years.
- "Emptiness of Vanishing" (winter 2006) - composed in 1991 under the name "Corporal Affliction". Lyrics and new name given in 2006.
- "Vanishing of Emptiness" (winter 2006) - composed in 1991 under the name "Internal Frenzied Infection". Lyrics and new name given in 2006.

This version of Nespithe is mastered from the original unmastered 24 bit master tapes whereas all the other versions were mastered from the inferior 16 bit CD masters.

- V34ish6ng 0f Emptiness / Em9t2ness of Van2s1ing is a compilation of three songs from a studio session in 2006.
- Regurgitation of Blood recorded and not-mixed by Two Clandestine Fellows in March 1991.
- The Four Instructive Tales ...of Decomposition recorded and mixed in July 1991.
- ...Somewhere Inside the Bowels of Endlessness... recorded and mixed in spring 1992.
- The Echo recorded and mixed in July/August 1992.
- Nespithe recorded and mixed in December 1992.
- Vanishing Sessions recorded in early spring 2006 and mixed & mastered in autumn 2013.
- 20th Adversary of Emptiness re-mastered at Studio Perkele in autumn 2013.
